1910. Biplanino Faccioli (Italia)
This website which was suggested by our good friend Giovanni Giorgetti, offers a picture of the Faccioli Biplane and a brief revue of the careers of both Aristide Faccioli and his son Mario. If you can read Italian or French, I think you will enjoy visiting the site. You can access it by clicking on the title.
If you need a version in English, as I do, Here is one from Giovanni.

"One of the most prepared and brilliant Italian pioneers of the flight was the engineer Aristide Faccioli of Turin. One of his books on aviation theories was useful to many scientists, among them the Wright brothers. In the field of aeronautical engineering, his most ingegnous product was certainly the "Small biplane" built in 1910, small, light, handy, with which the son of Faccioli, Mario, performed remarkable exhibition flights.
