     "When President Woodrow Wilson returned to Washington from the Paris Peace Conference at the end of February, Capt. Roy Francis flew his new Martin Bomber low over the parade route, taking motion pictures as he went.

     "The U.S. Air Service planned for Capt. Roy francis to fly the Atlantic in a Martin bomber, but later decided the Martins needed more testing before venturing on a long flight to sea."
