Over-Zealous Aviation Pupil Comes to Grief

Hempstead, N.Y., June 21. - Henry Turner, an over-zealous aviation pupil, was perhaps fatally injured today by a twenty-five foot fall in a biplane in which he attempted to fly in spite of orders from his instructors to remain on the ground. The biplane was demolished and splinters from the frame entered Turner's abdomen and his face. He is only 22 years old.
