"French Aviator Killed,
Chalons, sur Marne, France, June. 26
The French aviator, Maurice L. Foulquier, while testing a monoplane for the first time, fell from a height of 250 feet this evening and was killed. Foulquier had been accustomd to a biplane and the accident is attributed to the fact that he failed to realize that a monoplane requires different methods in handling."

My records show him as having crashed and died at Chalons sur/Marne, France on the 23rd of June 1913. Obviously an error somewhere, but I am not sure where.
He earned French pilot's license # 772 in a Farman, probably in February or March 1912 (Records don't show a date for him).

.Maurice L. Foulquier died in France on June 23/26?, 1913.
