Lt. Floyd Nolta, in the Army Air Corp.
VANCE NOLTA
Floyd's youngest brother Vance worked as a mechanic and pilot in Nolta's Flying Service in Willows.
Vance was one of the first pilots to fly an aerial fire fighting tanker during their development phase.
