"Captain Resnati," The Journal and Tribune, Knoxville, Tennessee, Wednesday, May 22, 1918, Transcribed by Bob Davis - 10-24-07       New York, May 21. - Army officers representing the United States and each of the allies served today as pallbearers at the funeral in St. Patrick's cathedral of Captain Tonio Silvo Resnati, the famous Italian aviator who fell to his death at Mineola last week.       Among the many floral tributes came one from the King of Italy, suitably inscribed. The body of Resnati will be taken to Italy.
