George Lee Temple crashed and died on January 21, 1914. Date Discrepancy
Ralph, there is some confusion about Temple's date of death. Flight magazine says it was 27 January 1914 and
Popular Mechanics listed it as having happened on the 25th of January. Such discrepancies are not uncommon in
