Harry J. Webster, of Duluth, has won attention in Illinois by being the first aviator to carry mail over the state in an aeroplane. In a post card to the News Tribune, Harry writes the following "Greetings from the sky. Thousands of people watched ne carry the first aeroplane mail in the state of Illinois, authorized by the United States government."
